The brains of the operation...... also the writer of these bios. He splits his time between work, family and nurturing an ever growing beard. Once named in the Grocer Magazine's 30 under 30 to watch in the food industry. Andy loves football, Rum and Fine Chocolate. He dislikes writing in the third person.


Paul McCann


Baby faced McCann has insatiable enthusiasm. He has decades of leadership and strategic experience...…on Football Manager. Former Head Chef of The Elephant Pub and Bakehouse, Woolton. Paul loves a Rum Old Fashioned,  playing poker and dislikes Gin.


Alan Dolan


The oldest of the lids. What Alan lacks in hair he makes up for in experience. The current Head Chef of the Boot Room Sports Cafe, Anfield. Alan loves Bajan or Jamaican style Rums (after ours obviously) and dislikes round tubs. "They just don't fit in the fridge properly!"
